 Cathy Vickers
Cathy is the Owner/Broker of Homesteaders Realty which was established in Sierra County in 1980. After spending 17 years at a career in "corporate America" in Albuquerque, Cathy and her
husband decided to raise their two sons in a smaller town. They had enjoyed this area on the weekends for quite awhile and made this permanent in 1991. Cathy has been licensed as a broker
associate since 1995 and enjoys listing and selling all types of real estate here in Sierra County. In fact, she loves the real estate profession so much she purchased the company in 2005.
Cathy's honors include a Realtor of the Year award, two Sales Agent of the Year awards and many Appreciation Awards for community service. She serves on the Planning and Zoning
Commission at Elephant Butte, Fiesta Board, Community Health Foundation Board, School Board and various committees. Cathy is involved with the state realtor association, active on the
legislative committee and has held several positions on the local realtor board. Her hobbies include water and snow skiing, softball, and she's a big school sports fan. Cathy Vickers will be

LaNeer Wrye
LaNeer is a native New Mexican, born and raised in Las Cruces. While growing up, she and her family enjoyed many weekends at Elephant Butte
Lake. In 1984 LaNeer made a permanent move to Sierra County and has been a part of the business community ever since. She and her husband Jody, a general contractor, stay busy tending to their ranch and spending time with their three children. When not attending school sports, LaNeer
pursues her hobbies which include water sports, snow skiing, riding at the ranch and exercising her creative bent in Southwest art. Her outgoing, friendly and professional characteristics,
along with her enjoyment in working with the public, give LaNeer terrific qualities for helping you through your buying, selling and relocating requirements.

Cindi Senn
As a fourth-generation native New Mexican,
Cindi has a deep connection with this
diverse region. Her broad area of expertise includes banking,
local government, construction and more than 20 years in the
escrow and title insurance field. Cindi loves to golf, garden and
spend time with her family, enjoying the ideal climate and natural
beauty that this area offers. Her warm personality and broad
expertise combined with her passion for the community give her the

Jeanette
Stevenson
As a child, Jeanette spent many summer vacations at Elephant Butte
Lake. She always knew that someday she would make it her home.
Jeanette was born in Albuquerque and moved to Socorro when she was
10. After graduating she wanted to see the world, so she joined
the Navy. Jeanette was stationed in San Diego and worked as an
airplane mechanic. After leaving California, Jeanette moved to
Flagstaff Arizona were she started her career in Real Estate. In
2006 Jeanette obtained her NM associate broker’s license and she
recently became a broker. For the last three years Jeanette has
served on the NM MLS board of directors, is the 2012 NM MLS
President, and has extensive knowledge of the MLS system.
Wanting
to be closer to family Jeanette moved back to NM. Jeanette and her
husband Daniel, a Park Ranger at Elephant Butte Lake State Park
have enjoyed raising their five children in the area; with 2
children left at home Jeanette is still very active within the
school system. Jeanette’s hobbies include fishing, boating, and
water skiing, hunting, camping and metal detecting and everything
to do with the outdoors.
